Step by Step Method
Step 1
Butter a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 2
In a double boiler or in the microwave, melt peanut butter, butter and butterscotch chips and salt; stir until smooth.
Step 3
Mix in vanilla then coconut and marshmallows.
Step 4
Transfer mixture to prepared baking pan; smooth out with back of spoon; cool then refrigerate.
Step 5
Slice into bars.
