"These use a powdered peanut butter product called PB2. It can be found in health stores and many larger supermarkets. I made a recipe by QueenBee that called for it, so I had to find some other recipes to use it up. Cook time is refrigeration time."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix PB2 and water in a medium bowl until smooth.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Using a 1 tablespoon (or smaller) cookie or ice cream scoop, scoop mixture to form bites.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
