Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil potatoes in heavily salted boiling water until tender, drain.
Step 2
Cut in half and cool.
Step 3
Combine eggs, potatoes, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl.
Step 4
Dressing: Add dill, parsley, caraway, salt, and pepper and gently toss to combine.
Step 5
Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise and add to herbs.
Step 6
Gently fold into the potato mixture.
Step 7
Refrigerate salad overnight.
Step 8
Add more mayonnaise if needed.
