Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pulse flour and egg in a food processor fitted with the metal blade ; process until dough forms a rough ball,about 30 seconds.
Step 2
If dough resembles small pebbles, add water, ½ teaspoon at a time.
Step 3
If dough sticks to side of workbowl, add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, and process until dough forms a rough ball.
Step 4
Turn dough ball out onto a dry work surface,knead until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Roll and cut.
Step 7
Good for lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli, etc...
