Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs (beaten)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pulse flour and egg in a food processor fitted with the metal blade ; process until dough forms a rough ball,about 30 seconds.

  • Step 2: If dough resembles small pebbles, add water, ½ teaspoon at a time.

  • Step 3: If dough sticks to side of workbowl, add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, and process until dough forms a rough ball.

  • Step 4: Turn dough ball out onto a dry work surface,knead until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

  • Step 5: Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  • Step 6: Roll and cut.

  • Step 7: Good for lasagna, spaghetti, ravioli, etc...
