Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix meat mixture ingredients until well blended.
Step 2
Shape into four 1 1/4-inch thick patties.

Press topping into flat sides.

Lightly sprinkle regular salt over bottom of a large nonstick skillet.

Place over medium high heat until hot.

Stir over high heat until reduced

Spoon over meat.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
