Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, combine oil and spices, including salt and pepper, whisk together.

Step 2

Cut potatoes in half then into wedges. Place potatoes on the baking sheet and lay skin-side down. Drizzle the oil mixture over the potatoes, until each potato is lightly coated. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 3

Once potatoes are out of the oven, lightly coat with grated Parmesan. Serve hot.

I made this recipe in my actifry cooker using only 1 tablespoon of the oil as that is all that is needed for this cooking method and then sprinkled the wedges with the parmesan. Yummy!!!!! Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
