Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients (paprika thru pepper).
Step 3
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over both sides of the pork chops. Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over both sides of the chops and place them in a baking pan.
Use the right size pan - there shouldn't be too much room left, or the chops will dry out.
Step 4
Drizzle the chops with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 14-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
