Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.

Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

I cut the recipe back to 2 servings and the bake time to 30 minutes. I used hot paprika. This is a peppy, tasty recipe cooked to just the right degree of tenderness. It will be made again very soon. Thanks for posting Mikekey.
