Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Spread the mixture in an even layer on the lined baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender but still holds its shape.

A tasty cauliflower dish my kids would eat (even if they did pick out the onions, which was okay since I loved the onions)! I made as directed, adding only a sprinkle of salt and pepper after they finished baking. Thoroughly enjoyed this dish!

Wonderful and oh-so easy! Not only that but a great sub for potatoes or rice! Made as directed using Penezy's pizza seasoning for the seasoning mix. Delish! Thanks for sharing!

I cut the recipe back to 2 servings and the bake time to 30 minutes. I used hot paprika. This is a peppy, tasty recipe cooked to just the right degree of tenderness. It will be made again very soon. Thanks for posting Mikekey.
