"These fries are lovely and peppy - I use hot paprika. The recipe is from the "Actifry" cook book. I cut the recipe back to two medium potatoes with no problem. Mmmmm Good. I'll post the recipe for the full sized recipe for 4 servings."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse your prepared potatoes in cold water, drain and dry in a tea towel so you get all the water off the potatoes - if you want them crisp be sure the potatoes are well dried
Step 2
Place the potatoes in Actifry bowl, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with the paprika and salt Set timer for 25 minutes an go
Step 3
Depending on how thick you cut your fries they could need another minute or two so just turn it on Serve and enjoy!
