Step by Step Method

Step 1

Sparingly, season each steak with steak seasoning.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add steaks cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Remove steaks from pan.

Step 3

Add mushrooms and onions to skillet cook and stir over medium-high heat until tender. Add broth, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Stir in cream, steak sauce and garlic salt and parsley. Bring to a almost a boil and cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Return steaks to pan; turn to coat and heat through.

Wonderful tasting tenderloin steaks! Ingredients we love and and a great method for making steak with mushroom sauce. Loved the addition of the cream. Thinking this would be equally good with pork tenderloin chops as well as pork chops and chicken breasts!
