Step 1

Heat flour tortilla, flip then put cream cheese and salmon in. Heat.

Step 2

Take put spray Pam scramble eggs. Pour in cook. Put on top of salmon.

I'm not a breakfast eater but I could be if someone were to make this for me. It did make for a wonderful lunch though! I used some Scottish Smoked salmon I had in had and the end result was creamy deliciousness. I wanted a picture of it folded but by that time I had taken a few bites out of it. :) Thanks for posting this! Made for World Tour 2019
