I used Market Spice tea, a local product that has orange and spices. Delicious. I also use it to make sun tea in the summer, basically the same method, but put it in a sunny spot to brew. I did not use any sweetener, as I prefer my tea unsweetened.

Such a simple and easy recipe to make and so delish! I am not much of a tea drinker, but I really did enjoy the flavor of this tea. I added honey and it was not as sweet as I thought it would be so, I dissolved a little sugar and added to a few tablespoon of boiling water the poured into the overnight mix. A few slices of lemon and mint on serving and this was wonderful. Can't wait to try this on a hot day, I think it will go down as a refreshing treat!
