Step 1: Mix tea and water in a pitcher. Cover and let stand overnight.
Step 2: Strain the tea through a fine strainer. Sweeten to taste.
Step 3: Fill pitcher or thermos with ice to chill (or place in refrigerator to chill).
Step 4: Remove ice (if using) and fill with tea.
Step 5: Add mint sprigs and lemon slices. Serve over ice.
Step 6: Makes 4 cups
