Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2
Rub the ribs with brown sugar.
Step 3
Season the ribs with adobo and salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place into a 9x13 pan and cover tightly with tinfoil.
Step 5
Bake for 2 1/2 hours. Drain any liquid.
Step 6
Brush ribs liberally with barbecue sauce.
Step 7
Turn up oven to 375 degrees and add ribs for 15 minutes.
Step 8
After 15 minutes turn over ribs and coat other side with barbecue sauce.
Step 9
Bake another 15 minutes.
