Our Favorite Oven Burgers
"The first time I made these was about 8 years ago through a tag game named "Everyday is a Holiday" by nochlo back in the old site . Since then, I've made many burgers but these have stood out amongst the many and the funny thing is these are the simplest and ever so easy to make. They're delicious, they stretch making it wallet friendly and a smart weeknight option. I've made a bit of a tweak to our liking."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Mix first 7 ingredients (beef through pepper). DON'T add the Montreal seasoning, that's for later.
Step 3
Place beef mixture into an ungreased 10x13 pan and spread evenly edge to edge.
Step 4
Prick with a fork several times throughout. Sprinkle with Montreal seasoning, to taste.
Step 5
Bake 10-12 minutes until juices are clear then pour off the grease, by tilting pan carefully.
Step 6
Cut immediately into square patties to proportionately match the size of the buns, top with cheese and add desired toppings as suggested. In addition to the suggested toppings, we've had them plain just with cheese, topped with bbq sauce, bacon, lettuce, yada, yada, they are always delicous.
