This was really good. I made exactly as directed, but I'm not sure I cut it right (I tried). It was very tender and I liked the spicy orange flavor. Made for the Thailand leg of the AmaZ'ing Race 2023.

We enjoyed the heat and sweet fruity layers of flavor in this steak. I made a Thai salad to have with it and we loved our dinner!

Great flavors in this flank steak. I really loved the orange zest. I did boil the marinade and use it to sauce the steak when serving....totally forgot the green onions. LOL! Delicious even without them. This is a make again recipe.

Wowsers, this is good! Love the sweet-hot of the marinade (I used the full amount of sriracha). Meat was melt in your mouth tender. Thanks for a keeper.

I recently had a dinner party and this was what I decided to make for the main course. The marinade made such a great tasting steak and my guests raved about the whole meal all night. I will make this many times more!

Loved what the marinade did with the steak. So tender and a great mix of flavors. Perfect with some Jasmine rice and snap peas!
