Step 1

Puree all ingredients together in blender.

Step 2

Pour into 6- 3 ounce molds or paper cups.

Step 3

Freeze for one hour, place sticks in the middle.

Step 4

Freeze for another 3 hours, until solid.

Step 5

To release pops, dip molds into hot water until pops loosen and slide out. If using paper cups, peel away paper.

What a fun way to enjoy all my favourite ingredients! Had some high temps this past week, this made for the perfect summer cooler. Will be sure to make extra pops for my little treats, as well as have on hand for the rest of the yogurt/smoothie lovers!
