Step by Step Method
Step 1
Puree all ingredients together in blender.
Step 2
Pour into 6- 3 ounce molds or paper cups.
Step 3
Freeze for one hour, place sticks in the middle.
Step 4
Freeze for another 3 hours, until solid.
Step 5
To release pops, dip molds into hot water until pops loosen and slide out. If using paper cups, peel away paper.
