"From recipe+ an easy mid week meal, suggested you serve with chips/fries, wedgies or hash browns. TIPS - make ahead - prepare a double quantity of mince mix and then freeze 4 of the uncooked patties for another dinner. Also try other types of bread rolls."

I cannot seem to find foccacia bread! I even went to Panera bread and could not get any! So I subbed French Hamburger Buns. The sun-dried tomato pesto is essential to the burgers and the mayo is divine. I'll turn to this burger when I need to make an "indoor" burger! Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC tag game.

I would give this more than 5 stars. It looks so attractive and tastes so great. I used a pita as the base (I had them on hand). This is one burger that will be repeated several times over.
