" I love onions as a vegetable but I like them still a bit crunchy. If you use 1 1/2 inch onions steam them for 5 minutes, sliced ones do not need pre- steaming. If you like your veggies well done simply cook longer."

Step 1

Place onions in an oven proof pan, large enough to hold them in 1 layer

Step 2

Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the onions
