Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Melt margarine/butter in frying pan and saute onions until translucent.

Step 3

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar.

Step 4

Combine onions, beaten egg and sour cream, then add to dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 5

Pour batter into muffin tin that is coated in cooking spray.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes.

Just love this feather light muffins, bake up in just 20 minutes with the flavor of the onions, set off our dinner and everyone raved about them.
