Onion Cheddar Burger With Grass Fed Beef
"When grilling season arrives in New York, the first thing I crave is a juicy burger topped with cheddar and onions. It's a classic for a reason and delivers everything you want in a burger. If you want to step up your burger game this year you will want to use premium ingredients. Fortunately, quality ingredients are becoming readily available because the people have spoken. Finding grass fed beef is as easy as visiting your local organic market or signing up for a subscription service that can deliver high quality meats to your door. Your options for cheese and buns are endless. For this recipe we used sliced organic cheddar cheese and a fresh onion roll from a local specialty store."
