"I made this recipe finishing it with Maple Syrup & fresh Blackberries. You may finish your pancake with a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar & lemon wedges or as I did with maple syrup & fresh berries . I find 3 servings is just right. Place butter in a 10" oven proof skillet in a pre-heated 425F oven for 2-3 minutes

When the butter is melted

Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, sugar & nutmeg until smooth

Pour into heated skillet

Bake at 425f minutes for 18 minutes or until it is puffed and golden brown
