Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large glass bowl, crush berries and add the vinegar. Cover and let rest for 24-48 hours

Pour mixture into a dampened jelly bag and let it drip over night into a glass container. Do not squeeze the bag to force out the juice
Step 3
Measure juice into a saucepan
Step 4
Add 3/4 cup sugar for each cup of juice
Step 5
Bring to a boil, stirring till sugar is dissolved
Step 6
Gently boil mixture, skimming off any foam
Step 7
Pour into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/8 inch head space
Step 8
Store in a cool, dark place
To serve

Mix 1/4 cup with 3/4 cup ice water or soda water
