Step 1: In a large glass bowl, crush berries and add the vinegar. Cover and let rest for 24-48 hours
Step 2: Pour mixture into a dampened jelly bag and let it drip over night into a glass container. Do not squeeze the bag to force out the juice
Step 3: Measure juice into a saucepan
Step 4: Add 3/4 cup sugar for each cup of juice
Step 5: Bring to a boil, stirring till sugar is dissolved
Step 6: Gently boil mixture, skimming off any foam
Step 7: Pour into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/8 inch head space
Step 8: Store in a cool, dark place
Step 9: Mix 1/4 cup with 3/4 cup ice water or soda water
