Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet.
Step 2
Fry the garlic, onion & ginger until golden (apprx 5 minutes).
Step 3
Add the fish sauce, wine & jalapeno.
Step 4
Saute for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add frozen Mussels, cover & simmer 8 minute.
Step 6
Add chili sauce,1/4 cup each of basil & mint.
Step 7
Mix add red and orange peppers.
Step 8
Simmer until heated through.
Step 9
Serve over rice or noodles.
Step 10
Sprinkle on remaining basil & mint.
