Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut on lime in half crossways, then very thinly slice and cut the second lime into small dice.
Step 2
Using a mortar and pestle, crush diced lime to extra juice and then reserve the juice.
Step 3
Combine cordial, soda water and reserved lime juice in a jug.
Step 4
Divide lime slices, diced lime, mint leaves, blackberries and ice cubes between short serving glasses.
Step 5
Pour soda water mixture into glasses and stir with a swizzle stick and serve,
