Step 1

Place 2 eggs into a small bowl and mix with a fork until foamy. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. STIR in a spoonful of Cheez Whiz Spread and continue cooking for 1 more minute. Then you can add in salt if you want to.

I really did enjoy these wonderful and easy scrambled eggs. So simple and easy and perfect when you are in a hurry. I served on toast with mushrooms and roast tomatoes and loved them. I did like the added cheese, it made the eggs creamy and delicious. I will be making my scrambled eggs like this from now on. Thank Under15Cook.

DH made breakfast this morning and used this recipe for the eggs though we did not have cheese whiz so used a low fat cream cheese and lots of pepper. Thank you Under15Cook, made for Alphabet Soup tag game.

I think this is a great way to cook eggs in a hurry. They came out good! I just added a piece of American cheese on top after cooking the eggs about 25 seconds, then just cooked it another 20 seconds to melt the cheese. Delicious and quick!

This is pretty good and so darn easy but I may have added in to much cheese it was a little to cheesy for my taste but I'll try it again, you sure know your stuff Under14Cook, good for you and keep them coming!
