No Egg Graham Bread
"This recipe comes from my gramma and at the end it says..no eggs or lard. :-) Note: The reason I put 20 minutes plus for the prep time is because once you have all the ingredients together it needs to sit on your counter for one hour before baking in the oven. "

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Using a stand mixer, beat the buttermilk, molasses and sugar together.
Step 2
Add in the rest of the dry ingredients, omitting the raisins and nuts. Mix well.
Step 3
Fold in walnuts and raisins.
Step 4
Pour into two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
Step 5
Cover tightly with a piece of tinfoil that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
