"I found this recipe in a local fundraiser cookbook, submitted by Jill Devine (a local radio personality). In the original recipe, the chocolate is optional. I haven't made it yet, but once I buy the ingredients, I will! Makes 20-25 cookies."
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
When chilled, roll into ping-pong sized balls. Store in air-tight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
