Step by Step Method

Step 1

Boil potatoes until done, drain.

Step 2

Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.

Cool in refrigerator.

Add sunflower seeds and sour cream.

I'm not sure what it was, but the flavor was a little off. I think it was the sunflower seeds. I love all the ingredients, so I thought I would love this, but I think I'll stick to my old tried and true potato salad.
