"Now most of the Native American recipes I've seen are loaded with salt, they use 3 or 4 bouillon cubes, I don't, but if you feel the need and your doc is not screaming at you then go ahead, I think this could go in crock pot really easily so I'm putting that option"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cube pork then season with pepper, chop onion.
Step 2
Heat heavy bottom sauce pan on medium high. Add oil, add onions and saute until translucent.
Step 3
Add meat, and saute till browned.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours, checking so it doesn't stick.
