The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin (cubed)
  • 1 (8 ounce) yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup roasted green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes (with liquid)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can (14 ounce) beans (Ranch Style Beans)
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cube pork then season with pepper, chop onion.

  • Step 2: Heat heavy bottom sauce pan on medium high. Add oil, add onions and saute until translucent.

  • Step 3: Add meat, and saute till browned.

  • Step 4: Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 hours, checking so it doesn't stick.
