Step by Step Method

Stir butter until thoroughly creamy

If dough seems a little too wet, add a little more flour (the size of the eggs makes a difference).

Divide the dough into about 3 lumps and roll out, one at a time.

Roll dough on a floured table or board; then sprinkle all over with granulated sugar

Cut with cookie cutter, or knife and bake on greased baking sheet or pans in a hot oven (425F) for about 10 minutes.
