Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Step 2
Slice the cold butter into the bowl of flour.
Step 3
Mix the butter in with fingers until it's mixed in with the flour with no lumps remaining.
Step 4
Pour in the milk and swish around with hands.
Step 5
If more flour is needed, add it.
Step 6
Turn out onto floured surface.
Step 7
Pat down to 1/2 or 3/4 inch.
Step 8
Cut out with circle or biscuit cutter.
Step 9
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
