  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put flour, baking powder and salt into bowl.

  • Step 2: Slice the cold butter into the bowl of flour.

  • Step 3: Mix the butter in with fingers until it's mixed in with the flour with no lumps remaining.

  • Step 4: Pour in the milk and swish around with hands.

  • Step 5: If more flour is needed, add it.

  • Step 6: Turn out onto floured surface.

  • Step 7: Pat down to 1/2 or 3/4 inch.

  • Step 8: Cut out with circle or biscuit cutter.

  • Step 9: Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes
