Step 1
Pre-heat the oven at 160C and then break the bread up and mix with oil and garlic, a few seas salt flakes, and toast in the oven until golden and then set aside.
Step 2
For the Marie Rose sauce:- mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and brandy in a bowl until combined and then set aside with the buttermilk, separately.
Step 3
To assemble, tear lettuce and place in a bowl and then arrange prawns, drizzle with Marie Rose sauce, then a little buttermilk and finish with croutons, chives and cracked black pepper.
