"OMG! These little treats are to die for. I only make one at a time so as not to eat the whole container in a single serving. Of course time will tell if I can post this recipe using the single date recipe. While in Nova Scotia several years ago, my MIL first introduced me to fresh dates stuffed with goat cheese. Now that she is liviing with us, she has been getting fresh dates more frequently. So for the last couple of days I have tried numerous types of stuffing including Nutella, peanut butter, almond paste and various cheeses. However last night I came up with another idea and that was to use semi sweet chocolate chips. The chocolate chips and the date worked out great together whereas some of the other stuffings mentioned over powered the flavor of the date."
