Mustard Lime Dipping Sauce for Shrimp

"A very smooth tasty sauce to serve with large cooked shrimp or serve it with your favorite cooked. It takes 5 minutes to put together. Add some lime wedges to the platter when serving. This sauce would compliment any plain fish dish. The recipe was originally from Bon Appetit. Enough sauce for 1 1/2 pounds shrimp."

This is really quite good and a delightful change from the usual seafood cocktail sauce. Very simple to make. We both think we'd enjoy this on Fried Oyster Po' Boys and fish cakes as well in a departure from southern remoulade sauce. Bill asked if this was a Bergy recipe and sends along his thanks. We both love your recipes!

What a great tasting sauce this is. This works great with salmon also. I rubbed 1 tablespoon of this over a salmon fillet and baked it, it turned out so moist and flavourful. I think this would also make a great sauce for a fish burger. I see myself using this a lot, thx for sharing this here.
