"I found this recipe in a small Mississippi fish market a few years ago. It is delicious; and, very easy to make. They were serving it with smoked amberjack and salmon; but, you can really serve it with your favorite fish. They served it along side a variety of crackers; and small slices of pumpernickle bread, especially with the salmon. It's best if made a hour or so ahead of time, in order to develop the flavors."
