Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds in a bowl.
Step 2
Add cabbage, carrots, onions and radish. Mix well then chill 1 hour.
Step 3
Just before serving mix in chopped apples.
