Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 pound green cabbage, shredded (1/2 of a large cabbage)
  • 1/2 pound red cabbage, shredded (1/2 of a large cabbage)
  • 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 40 grams radish, chopped (8-10 large radish)
  • 2 large apples (peeled and diced)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder sugar, salt, pepper and celery seeds in a bowl.

  • Step 2: Add cabbage, carrots, onions and radish. Mix well then chill 1 hour.

  • Step 3: Just before serving mix in chopped apples.
