"I love caramelized onions and mushrooms on my burgers. This is a simple recipe that combines them all. I also like to have a small bowl of barbecue sauce to dip in when serving too. Yum."

Step 1
Prepare Mushrooms and Onions (below). Set aside.

Mix ground beef, onion, water, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
Step 4
Grill patties about 4 inches from medium coals 7 to 8 minutes on each side for medium, turning once, until desired doneness.
Step 5
Prepare Mushrooms and Onions:

Cook onion and mushrooms in butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions and mushrooms are tender. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Step 7
Serve over burgers.
