Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre heat the oven 450f.
Step 2
Toss the cauliflower florets into a plastic bag with the oil and Mrs Dash seasoning, shake well.
Step 3
Spread the cauliflower, single layer, on a cookie sheet.
Step 4
Roast for 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
Step 5
Flip them a few times while roasting.
Step 6
The longer they are in the oven the sweeter they become.
