"As you probably know by now, Realsimpledotcom is 1 of my favorite recipe sources, & the site just shared an article on recipe ideas for using mozzarella cheese. As you can probably imagine, there were plenty of ideas for tasty hot dishes, but it was 2 ideas for salads that topped my best of the list. This is the 1st & IMO is an equally good candidate for an excellent starter course. ENJOY!"

Step 1

Whisk together the oil, vinegar & 1/4 teaspoon each of salt & pepper.

Step 2
