  • 275 grams cantaloupe (1/2 cantaloupe, sliced into 8 wedges, or honeydew melon may be used)
  • 4 ounces prosciutto ham
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-size pieces
  • Fresh mint leaves, to serve
