Step by Step Method

Step 1

Start sauce simmering on low.

Step 2

Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs. Fry in covered pan.

Step 3

When browned add to sauce and cook for 10 more minutes. If you want to add eggs, beat eggs and pour on top of sauce; cover and cook 5 more minutes until eggs are set.

Loved this recipe. I added the tomato sauce I felt it needed it. Such a great bomb of flavor in your mouth. The flavors in meatball and sauce combine together so well.

Wow, this is absolutely delicious, wish we had leftovers! I tried it first without the tomato sauce but felt it needed more, so I added a 15 ounce can. I cut the salt in half and the pepper even more. Dienia, you've got a great recipe here, I can't wait to make it again!
