"You can also add 2 eggs beaten at end to make tajine, and you can substitute canned tomatoes for fresh if needed. i was told this wasnt saucy enough if it isnt add 20 oz can tomato sauce , im putting it as an option, sorry puppytypup"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Start sauce simmering on low.
Step 2
Mix meatball ingredients together and make walnut sized meatballs. Fry in covered pan.
Step 3
When browned add to sauce and cook for 10 more minutes. If you want to add eggs, beat eggs and pour on top of sauce; cover and cook 5 more minutes until eggs are set.
