I kinda misread this recipe and worked the tomatoes into the scrambled eggs, by first sautéing the tomatoes and then added the egg mixture. But then realized that the tomatoes were supposed to be part of the salad, so I proceeded to add additional tomatoes to cover for the salad. Also, added the scallions into the eggs. No matter what the mishap, it tasted GREAT and I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
