Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Do not grease rimmed baking sheet.
Step 2
Put ingredients in a bowl and gently mix with your hands. If needed, 1 more tablespoons flour.
Step 3
Roll into balls just over 1" and place on baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until done. Fill a cereal bowl about half way with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Remove cookies from oven, and roll in powdered sugar right away. Transfer to cooling rack.
Step 6
Once cookies have cooled completely, roll in powdered sugar a second time.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container.
