This is a great potato dish. My DH really loved how the potatoes were cooked and then grated. Our usual dish is made with frozen hashbrowns. I am glad to have tried this but I probably won't make this again. It takes way to much time for all the steps. I don't have much time to get dinner done each day with my work schedule.

We loved mom's potatoes Teresa. 10 stars all day. What a great potato dish. Thank you for sharing a dish that we will enjoy for a long time to come. Made for Autumn Fever 2019. Kudos to you on making it into my Best of 2019 Cookbook.

Delicious potatoes!! I made this to go along with a recipe for Pecan Chicken in Bourbon Sauce and it was the perfect side!! My sister was here to visit/vacation and she liked them but still liked her version better with the cream of chicken soup and cheddar combination. I on the other hand enjoyed a new twist/taste. Thanks for sharing another great recipe Teresa!! Made for newest tag game.
